At Sleepysleve, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns After Delivery

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. All sales are final.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Exchanges Only (Within 3 Days)

We do allow exchanges for eligible items within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are only offered for a different size or to correct a defective or wrong item sent.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at sleepysleve@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any supporting photos.

  2. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item for exchange.

  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement in these cases.
