At Sleepysleve, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Delayed delivery due to courier services

  • General dissatisfaction

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming purchase.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept refunds, we will replace items that arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) received

Replacements will be processed at our discretion.


Final Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for replacement unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
